Weight to Transport<\/h2>\n

IMC modular conveyors are designed for light loads, of the parcel type, in which the maximum they can support per meter is 50 kilograms. Please, if you wish to transport a load greater than 50 kilos per meter, contact our team at info.transportadores@rodilloscodimar.com, indicating which IMC model you wish to implement for loads greater than the maximum.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Profile Width<\/h2>\n

Our profile widths are limited to 4 types, standardized at 420, 520, 620 and 820mm, thus creating a wide range of easy-to-serve pre-assembled conveyors. If you want a width different from those proposed, please do not hesitate to make the pertinent query to the email info.transportadores@rodilloscodimar.com<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

controllers<\/h2>\n

The IMC units that need motorization must have a control card suitable for their programming. Within our models, the compatible cards are the following: ConveyLinx-Ai2, E-Qube-Ai, ConveyLinx-I0 and MotionLinx-Ai. These models have some special characteristics which you can check here.<\/a> <\/p>\n

As a main difference, you should know that the E-Qube-Ai card does not have the capacity to control more than one roller motor. Consequently, and since a motor roller can have traction for no more than 8 rollers (due to friction and traction drop in polyV belts), when selecting E-Qube-Ai for more than one linear meter of conveyor, you must select a minimum of two cards, one for each motorroller.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Transport speed<\/h2>\n

This information is interesting to be able to configure the perfect motor roller for your conveyor module. You can choose between speeds from 0.30 m\/s to 2.20 m\/s. Our recommendation is not to use a transport speed in our modules of more than 1.00 m\/s.<\/p>\n

pitch between rollers<\/h2>\n

Between roller and roller there is a space that we have standardized in three measurements. In fact, they are the 3 most common measures in this type of conveyors. You can tell by measuring the distance from the center of one roller to the center of the next.<\/p>\n

This measurement helps us to place the precise rollers to transport your merchandise. For example: if you are going to transport boxes with a base of 300x300mm, you must distribute this load among at least 3 rollers. This way, if you choose the 90 pitch instead of the 60 pitch, your conveyor will contain fewer rollers and be just as efficient, at a lower price.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Module Length<\/h2>\n

In the standardization process we have selected the measures corresponding to each step from 0 to 3000 mm, which is the length limit for our conveyors.<\/p>\n

This does not mean that Codimar cannot build them longer.
